I remember this place used to have super-long queues when it first opened a few years back. Everyone was dying to get in and it was so crowded! Now the story is much different as there's usually no queue anymore and I haven't been back since it opened.

The concept of Shokudo was similar to Marche where you order food from various stations and pay using a card which is finally totalled before you exited. However the food quickly became mediocre and you discovered that it wasn't worth paying so much for such standard of food.

Probably the best dish I had there was the Japanese omelette topped with bonito flakes.
