The pandan waffle is a common item in most bakery in Singapore. It can be spread with butter, peanut, kaya, blueberry, chocolate and custard. It is best eaten when freshly made. The waffle is soft and fresh but it was not evenly toasted as you can see from the picture. Some parts are more golden brown than the others. The best part are those that are golden brown as they are very fragrant and crispy. I liked it with butter and maple syrup. Of course, this is not found in any bakery. You gotta do
