There are numerous version of Recipe for this dish, but Penang style was always my favourite. Coming to this localized Penang Kitchen, I looked forward to its cuisine, especially Signature Fried Kway Teow. The taste was well-adjusted, bookmarked by the sweet dark sauce. Good pan-fried fragrant, Kway Teow was greasy-free although the spiciness wasn’t enough. The shrimps were fresh and springy firm, generously given by chef.
