The taste was well-adjusted, bookmarked by the sweet dark sauce. Good pan-fried fragrant, Kway Teow was greasy-free although the spiciness wasn’t enough. The shrimps were fresh and springy firm, generously given by chef. Texture wise, Kway Teow was smooth and easy to chew. It costed me around $8.00++ if I was not mistaken. Quite satisfied overally, I might consider to revisit it again.
