Curry Chicken Pepper Rice with CHEESEHad dinner with 3 of my friends at Pepper Lunch at Ang Mo Kio. Always passed by this restaurant and smelled the strong pepper flavour. Sometimes I like the smell sometimes not. Of coz I do like it when I was inside the restaurant enjoying the sizzling sound.
The Pepper Rice above is only $5.90 including a drink at Student price (need to show student card). Although sometimes I feel that the portion was rather small but added the drink, normally I'll feel full already.
I like the way of this restaurant's idea of presenting and serving, we can have the chance to "cook" ourselves and decide the cookness of the meat (esp beef). I like the Curry Chicken Pepper Rice with Cheese the most coz it has nice curry flavour and after I mix everything around, the cheese was like sxticky on every rice grain and gives a bit of tangle feel. The pepper rice was definitely plain without the corn inside. I'm so loving the corn!!!
