Love this max!! It's pretty famous in western countries. The outer layer of the bun is crispy and sweet while the inside is soft and chewy. Smell and taste really delicious. Something different from our everyday bread. You can eat it on it's own! It actually taste somewhat like chinese "mua chee". Really chewy and tender on the inside. A must try!!!
