One of the main reason why I have been keep on coming to this stall for more pig organ soup is there really generous portion and the pig organs in it are very fresh and chewy. The soup base is full of the fragrant from the differnt types of pig organ and the wide range of chinese spicies and herbs in it. One of the main reason why I have been keep on coming to this stall for more pig organ soup is there really generous portion and the pig organs in it are very fresh and chewy. The soup base is full of the fragrant from the differnt types of pig organ and the wide range of chinese spicies and herbs in it. My favourite if there mini pig intestine which is chewy and not overcooked. The chilli sauce used to dip the ingredients is also very nice, which is abit sweet and sour flavour in it. The price is reasonable which also attract crowds to buy their pig organs soup during lunch and dinner hours.
