Tried Hoshino Coffee at Plaza Singapura on a Sunday night and the queue was not as bad as during Friday and Saturday nights. Staff were quite friendly and approachable. However, the price is a little steep and the food is not as good as what I expected. The omu rice with tomato sauce is not recommended as the portion is quite small with only 2 shrimps inside. The carbonara tasted quite nice though. As for desserts, 2 pancake souffles costed $12 and tasted ok.
