Ever since I have tried Putien noodle at foodcourt, I fell in love with their light in taste noodles. I was really hungry when I was walking at Nex shopping mall that day. There are too many eating places at Nex, I almost lost idea of what to have for dinner, suddenly I saw Putien.It was during dinner time, there were quite a lot of diners already. Ever since I have tried Putien noodle at foodcourt, I fell in love with their light in taste noodles. I was really hungry when I was walking at Nex shopping mall that day. There are too many eating places at Nex, I almost lost idea of what to have for dinner, suddenly I saw Putien.It was during dinner time, there were quite a lot of diners already. I like their simple and clean decoration theme. Browse through the menu, I stick to noodle. I chose seafood braised noodle (lor mee) plus century and salted eggs with spinach. While I was waiting for my food, I saw both sides of my table were serving with a small bowl of seaweed and I didn’t have it! Could it be single person did not serve?!?!
The restaurant isn’t serve plain water, whatever beverage is chargeable. Thus I ordered a cup of chrysanthemum tea. First they served spinach, I couldn’t see salted egg in it, instead it has already blended into a sauce, the yellowish sauce was the salted egg. The taste was right and light.
When they served the noodle, they just left it on the other side of the table, the person who placed the noodle couldn’t bother whether I could reach or not!!! Their service got to review. I liked to taste the gravy soup first, it was light and no msg, noodle consistency was right too, 2 small shrimps with 4 clams, overall taste was fine, no complain and no comment!
I will not return for sure because their service and pricey.
