There's a something chinese restaurant that has pretty good food!

A something something.

Din Tai Fung?

No. It's some dialect group.

OH! PUTIEN!

Heng Hwa Lor Mee correct?

I didn't know that there was a Putien in RWS. Makes sense since the outlet at Vivo closed for no rhyme or reason.

We were glad to step into air conditioned comfort.

And made our orders as soon as we sat down.

Appetizers of drunken cockles.

This was topped generously with minced garlic and small red chilli padi served refreshingly cold in a light wine marinade.

Perfect way to kickstart out appetites.

We had an order of lychee sweet sour pork was really just a subtle taste of the sweet fruit scent in the sauce and the odd couple of lychees.

And definitely a large order of their braised noodles.

I loved every bit of that savoury soup stock!
