For the appetizer, there is a choice of soup or salad. The Roasted mushroom soup is served with cream truffle oil, very comforting but tastes slightly too plain.

The Avocado, mango and prawn salad is served with shiso cress, lettuce and balsamic dressing. Very light, but it would taste so much better if the mango is sweeter.

For mains, Macadamia-crusted salmon fillet is perfectly cooked, the macademia crusted skin has a great texture with aromatic nutty flavour. It is served with seasonal vegetable, potato and lemon butter sauce.

Double-cooked pork rib has to be the signature dish of the restaurant! The juicy meat is marinated with the chef's secret barbeque sauce and it's so flavourful. Served with seasonal vegetable and mashed potato, it's a thumbs up dish for me!

The Dessert of chef's choice is the yam, lychee cheesecake? It has the cheesecake texture, but full flavour of yam, and the sweetness of the lychee blends in so well to the dessert. Complicated yet surprisingly delicious.
