8 different ramen stalls really leave you spoilt for choices. All of them seem to offer more or less the same type of ramen with pork soup base, but some of them actually have their specialty. One stall has the ramen soup separate from the ramen itself; and another is famous for its spicy ramen. I have tried both Aoyama and Tai Sho Ken. Both are not bad, but the soup, although rich in flavour, is quite salty.
