Here at this Japanese restaurant served my favourite thick creaming sweet soup base. The ramen is also very long and chewy, which is not overly cooked and absorbed the nice flavour from the soup base. The pork meat is also quite big and thick in portion which are really fragrant, tender and juicy too. The half cut egg is also very smooth and soft, which really easy to eat and goes well with the ramen.
