Saw this new Ramen shop at Vivocity and thus give it a try as it seems to be serving Authentic Hokkaido Ramen. Order their Hokkaido Salad which comprises of scallop + lettuce+tomato+special dressing. When I first ate the salad, it taste not too bad but as i tried to finish the bowl of salad, the dressing seems to be abit too sweet and sour for the bowl of salad. The ramen from Ajisen taste much nicer !At least I was able to finish the whole bowl of soup from Ajisen Ramen. ...
