Although Din Tai Fung restaurant is suppose to be really good with their fine cooking on their noodles, soup, dim sums and other chinese dishes. I find that their steamed baos are quite poor in standard as was really quite shock to it. Tried their red bean baos and was quite upset with it. The bun's texture is really tough and not chewy. The red bean paste in the bun is quite dry and really too sweet. The combination of it makes this bun tastes quite horrifying. Really wonder did they purp

Really wonder did they purposely did this to make their bun looks more different and unique from other restaurants out there? Really confuse!
