Twilight fans would just love this new restaurant at Hotel Fort Canning. It's very similar to Edward Cullens' house wherein the walls are made of glass and so, it overlooks the treetops and nature outside.

But it's not the Cullen's house. It's Hotel Fort Canning's latest restaurant which serves local favourites with a modern twist. One example is the Thai style Bolognaise Pizza, which is topped with prawns, onions, coriander pesto, and bits of chili padi. I like that the crust was so thin so one slice or two slices won't make you feel stuffed.

I also tried their Chicken Curry. Yes, it's spicy but not the kind which would make your eyes watery and would make you feel sick. It's very tasty and it has just the right amount of curry.

They have many other local dishes on their menu, which are quite affordable for a restaurant like Glass House.
