This roasted char siew noodles from Zhu Jiang is heavenly delicious. The roasted char siew has been roasted to almost perfection and the char siew sauce they used to marinate the char siew pork meat is fragrant and sweet. The meat texture is also tender and juicy. The noodles have been marinated with their special created dark soya sauce that taste so good that you would never have enough on it. Two thumbs up! My verdict: 7/10
