I have oversea friends in town, and they ask for nice local dessert. Therefore, I introduce this famous Rochor Beancurd; I believe that it can represent our local desserts. The shop is along Short Street. I have not been there for quite same time. Although the beancurd is in soft silky white, but the taste is not as good as before.
