As it is Ren Ri, Mom decides to buy yu sheng to toss as it as yu sheng with the rest of the family. At first we plan to buy the mini yu sheng, but it is out of stock, so we decide on the some salads instead.Sake Salad ($4.00)Vegetable Salad ($3.00)The salads are served with soyu dressing. When mixed, it tastes quite light and refreshing. The vegetables is crispy and crunchy too. We have fun tossing the salad together. A great replacement for yu sheng.
