I ordered the $3 portion of Bee Hoon Mee. Noodle serving was huge enough to sustain me for a couple of hours. The ingredients were slices of fish cake, fried flour bits, lor bak, ngoh hiong and a single strip of fried stuff that looks like fried cuttle fish (the kind that's sold at ngoh hiong xia bing + fried bee hoon stalls).

Gravy tastes just nice and the starch was well done but for $3, I was expecting at least half an egg and some fried fish (would be a bonus).
