I went to ah yat with a couple of colleagues and ordered a variety of dum sum dishes that were available. I just want to highlight a few very good one that you should try if you ever make a visit. top right corner is coffee bun with custard (or liu sha bao). Their xiao long bao was also not bad. Everyone raves about din tai fung xiao long bai but seriously there are many better ones out there. Ah yat's version is worth a try.
THere is this dish with dou sha and banana inside fried fritters is also very good. the combination of these 2 ingredients will really leave you wanting more.
