We saw most people ordering the popular herbal soup with mee swa (vermicelli), liver and thinly sliced pork. We surveyed further to discover that their steamed fish and clay pot chicken in sliced ginger were also in high demand. When we tasted the soup, it had a mild herbal flavor, unlike those commonly found in medicinal soup.
