Hakka yong tau foo is usually with quite simple yong tau foo items with their clear sweet soup. This version from this stall did just alright which I think can be still better. The noodle is chewy but abit too dry and tasteless, which most probably is due to the lacking of dark soy sauce gravy in it. The minced pork topped on it is quite nice too. The sauces to dip the yong tau foo items are the usual sweet dark sauce and chilli sauce. Not too impressive and I believe there are still rooms
