The well-marinated minced pork with Japanese spices filling is juicy and flavourful. It's simply excellent to eat with Japanese shoyu, rice vinegar and chilli oil. Good snacks! Hakata Kara-T

Hakata Kara-Tonkotsu Ramen ($14.80) is a mildly spicy version of the Tonkotsu Ramen. There's an intriguing balance of the delectable rich broth and spice. Very comforting and tasty!
Shio Ramen ($13.80) contains Japanese sea salt and is well known for its light and clear soup. Topped with various ingredients such as vegetables, seaweed, bamboo shoots, tender yakibuta and egg, it's definitely a good choice for those who prefer a light meal.
