Having a meal in Marutama feels like I'm in Japan. I like the simple interior deco, and some of the waiters are actually Japanese too.Different from other ramen shop, the ramen here is served in chicken soup based. You can choose your own topping too. We ordered a Marutama Ra-men ($12) with Kakuni topping ($5), which is actually the pork bellies stewed in special sauce. Yummy. My favourite is Aka Ra-men ($15), this ramen is served in the mild spicy chicken soup with 7 kinds of ground nuts mixture
