Old chang kee is always good for a snack in between meal times as they sell a lot of finger food. Despite the queue when I was there, the staff behind the counter get the crowd moving fast, and the whole buying process probably takes less than 5 minutes. I had the cheese dogs and fried squid. Cheese dogs is average and tasted just like those bought off supermarket and credits none to the stall itself. A new batch was just out when I was in the queue, so it was still hot when I took the first bite!
