I tried the wanton noodles from this stall, it does not really up to my standard. Though the noodles were cooked perfectly, very springy and QQ but the char siew was not too good. I was not roasted well enough. The char siew did not have any charred bits, it was not as tasty. The wanton was so so, quite big and meaty. Since I ordered the dry version, my noodles was mixed with gravy. The gravy was rather tasty but I think their chilli was not bad, very spicy and shiok. I think it is the saviour of this dish.
