The Steam "San Yu" Fish Slices are all well marinated and cooked to just the correct perfection. They are solid and tender, though I feel that this dish is still lacking a bit of flavour. The Clay-pot Sea Cucumber was not bad. A great combination of ingredients that will leave you wanting for more. A recommendation by me is to eat this dish together with the gravy and rice. The Baby Kailan with Dang Gui quite tasty especially the gravy. The veggies was fresh and the Dang Gui was not too strong, with that little herbal sweet gravy taste, the veggie tastes quite nice.
