THis is one of my favourite dish in this chinese restaurant as this is quite healthy dish. THe spinach is not overcooked, which is still slightly crunchy and fresh. The sauce use to cook it is quite thick and slightly sweet as well. Love those crunchy taro balls topped on it which added that extract yam flavour to dish dish as well. Eat it on its own or with a bowl of their fragrant plain rice, taste equally good!
