The spring rolls here are very much different from those at the hawker center and coffee shops. They have used the very thin broad rice noodles to use as the skin instead of popiah skin. This restaurant has added in their special sauce to this dish which make it really refreshing and with slightly sweetness to it. It uses steam method instead of grilled or deep fry for this spring rolls which make this version a very healthier one and suitable for age groups to eat.
