Since I had eaten over at Holland Village Branch quite a while ago, I wish to eat at their Bugis branch to check if the quality of the food is the same as compare with the Holland Village Branch.Lamb Burger @ $11.90It have been quite a long time since I have first eaten this dish in the “Everything with Fries” and over at this Bugis Branch, the burger still looks the same but I guess the Lamb itself is a bit over cooked as I can feel some burned taste while biting the meat. The fries I order is

The fries I order is curry flavor which actually mixed curry powder onto those Shoe-String fries and this is still the same great taste as the holland Village counterpart. As shown, the side dish salad is a bit too little though.
Spaghetti Bolognese @ $10.90 – Never tried so cannot comment
The One Egg Soup @ $6.90This one is actually not as good as the ones provided in Holland Village branch as the fired eggs is not crispy at all while soup itself is still about the same except it is less tasteful than the counterpart in Holland Village
Coleslaw @ $6.90Very creamy and sinful with those cream sauce mixed onto the slice cabbages and some other ingredients. I think it would taste and feel better if they use different sauce for their salad (Or at least some non fat salad sauce) would be nice.
Ghar-Grilled Char Siew @ $15.90This is a nice dish except that it gives out a very strong burned smell with charred outer layer. Personally, I am not sure if this is the way it should be as I have never eaten this dish before but I would say this is a over-cooked burned dish which is not healthy for most of the people. We need to remove those charred layer before eating the inner meat. (The meat consist of a lot of fatty meat)
Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich @ $9.90 – Never tried so cannot comment
Nutella Tart @ $6.90The Nutella tart is the signature dessert over here (Recommended by a lot of people) and true enough, it is very chocolatey and best eaten together with the ice-cream to give you a cold and warm mixture of feelings within your mouth as you eat.
Warm Apple Crumble with Ice Cream @ $8.90This apple Crumble from the first bite, it is sourly but nice but if you continue eating it, it will not be easy to go down your throat as it starts to have a strange after taste which makes all of us unable to finish this dessert.
I would say if you wish to eat the best of Everything with Fries, try having it at holland Village branch before eating at bugis to compare between the two.
