It was a 45 mins wait on a Friday night to get into Sushi Tei at Paragon. The first that I ordered was a sushi with mango, salmon, crab meat topped with avocado sauce and fish roe. It was a combination of salty, spicy and sweet all in one mouthful. Personally, I think the taste of the mango overwhelmed the freshness of the salmon, which is a pity. The first that I ordered was a sushi with mango, salmon, crab meat topped with avocado sauce and fish roe. It was a combination of salty, spicy and sweet all in one mouthful. Personally, I think the taste of the mango overwhelmed the freshness of the salmon, which is a pity. But it is still a well prepared and good dish.

Cold udon taste good, especially when I added the wasabi into the soya based soup. I took a fried salmon skin off the conveyor belt, and a waiter kindly asked if I would like to heat it up! Good service. In addition, he brought a plate of mayo too.
