I normally try to avoid having fried beehoon at night as it can be rather oily. Anyway, as there isn't much choices, I decided to go for this since I know it taste nice from my past experience buying from them. I ordered the beehoon with yellow noodle and topped it up with fish fillet. The fish fillet is really tasty, it is well fried and the fillet is not too dry. Anyway, as there isn't much choices, I decided to go for this since I know it taste nice from my past experience buying from them. I ordered the beehoon with yellow noodle and topped it up with fish fillet. The fish fillet is really tasty, it is well fried and the fillet is not too dry. The beehoon and noodle is also tasty without being overly greasy or salty. The yellow noodle is more towards sweet hence eating it together with the beehoon is nice since the salty and sweet flavours from the two different noodles are complementary to each other. I also like to add in the chilli to make it even more flavourful.
