Situated in Chinatown Complex Market, this stall is opened by a Hong kee. To order their dim sum, you have to take a queue number and wait for your number to appear on their electronic board. The Siew Mai and Har gao are HUGE! The Har Gao is really the winner as it comes with both minced prawns and also chunky prawns pieces in them that created a layering texture. The skin is a little thicker and chewy, but overall really worth the $2
