Tiong bahru pau is 1 of my favorite shop. I like all of their pau. This is big chicken pau. The chicken is really very rich in taste. They have secret recipe to marinate and cook the chicken. Inside filling is rich in sauce and not dry up even u keep it overnight for next day. I find it slight expensive as I expect $1.50 pau should have egg but actually not.
