This Turnip cake or Lor Bak Go is savory and interestingly flavoured. Either a steamed treat or even pan fried.The Chinese sausages added flavour to the cake.
If pan fry we could taste the little crispy bits on the ends of each turnip slices and another bite the inside is soft and mellow with textured slices of turnips added to the cake.
