Instead of having the potato inside the pie, here you get a scoop of mashed potatoes on top of your pie! It resembles a scoop of ice cream sitting on top a pie and looks almost like a dessert, except for the savoury greens on the side. I ordered a Wagyu Beef Pie ($9.95). The meat was quite tender but the sauce wasn't that fantastic. The meat was quite tender but the sauce wasn't that fantastic. Also, with the potato mash on the outside, it kind of takes away the "comforting" element when digging into a beef pie to find huge chunks of meat and potatoes inside. Definitely a unique experience but not one the best pies I've tried before. For those with a more daring tastebuds, perhaps you should try out their Laksa Pie with authentic Laksa noodles inside!
