The broth for the Cha Shu ramen is the same as the Seafood Ramen. The pork slices were a little bit tough and hard to chew, overall not outstanding.

The side dishes were the most impressive out of the meal. Both tempura and chicken cutlet were served hot and crispy, texture was alright and prawns were fresh. Very sinful when dipped in mayonnaise.
