The vegetable hot pot rice here is one of the best seller, which is also one of my favourite dish as well. Lots of fresh shredded carrots, cucumbers, beansprouts, shredded eggs can be found on it which also at the same time added that nice flavour and colour to it. The rice is moist and fragrant too. Love the sweet spicy sauce topped on it which give this dish that extra spicyness to it and yet not overly spicy up by the chilli sauce. The presentation is really nice and looks delicious as we
