This handmade noodles stall has always been my favourite food stall when comes to craving for a bowl of quality handmade noodles. This time I have decided to try their handmade noodles in the soup version. Staffs are as usual very friendly and approachable. The stall is also neat and tidy, which really make my visit a very pleasant one. The green vegetable noodles are very chewy and you can really taste that mild spinach flavour when chewing the noodles. The portion is also very generous too. The meat dumplings however would be better if there are more minced meat fillings inside, which currently the fillings are abit too little which you can only taste the dumpling skin more than the meat taste.
One very tasty part for this dish will be the deep fried ikan billis topped on this dish. They are very crispy and super fragrant, super appetizing. Their chilli sauce is also quite spicy with abit of slight sourness in it. Besides, there are also generous amount of fresh and crunch chye sim in it as well. Soup base is very tasty but I suspect there may be MSG in it, which after you drink it, you will feel quite thirty. At four dollars per bowl is cheap and good!
