The bee hoon is not fried till soggy, even after adding some sauce, it took some time before the bee hoon became slightly soggy. The green chilli is very fresh and crunchy, not to forget, sourish but yet with a pinch of sweetness. The hoo kee is crispy. Every bite you take, you can actually smell the fried beancurd smell. GOOD!
