My dad is a vegetarian, so we had to find places which have vegetarian food whenever we went out to eat. Luckily, as we were in the area of Tanjong Pagar, we passed by a restaurant called Whole Earth. It was nearing dinnertime and as both of us was pretty hungry, we decided to just dine there.

The restaurant was quite a cosy place, and we were seated near the counter. The waitress brought us the menu, and we started looking thru it. The prices were pretty ex for vegetarian standards, but cant argue much since its Thai vegetarian and it's a restaurant.

I ordered Tom Yam Fried Rice ($7), while my dad ordered Olive Fried Rice ($7). They have noodles too, but they were priced at ard $15/plate, and i knw my dad doesnt like to spend tat much on food. As i was afraid tat my fried rice would be too spicy, i ordered a glass of calamansi juice ($4.50) too. Service was pretty fast, as there wasnt much customers. My dad's fried rice came 1st, followed by mine.

When i took the 1st bite, i really liked it. It was nice and wasnt too spicy. Little did i knw tat as i continued eating, it became spicier and spicier. Soon, my face was red as the fried rice was too spicy for me alrdy. My dad saw tat i was having a hard time eating and he decided to let me have his instead, but i didnt like the taste of it. He ate my fried rice and commented it was too spicy for him to handle too (& my dad loves spicy food)!
He suggested mixing both fried rice tgt, which surprisingly, turned out pretty nice to eat & not as spicy.

Everything cost us abt $21.50, inclusive of service charge and GST. However, dun tink i would be able to come back agn as my dad tinks its too expensive, and i dun really eat vegetarian food outside (unless im with my dad).
