This is my first trip to Sho Teppan (Creative Eateries) located at the basement of Raffles City Shopping Centre.
Being a Wagyu Beef lover, at first glance from the main menu, I had not hesitation about ordering the Wagyu Beef Teppanyaki.
You can have the option to either cook yourself or with the help of a waiter.
The meal consists of a generous portion of thin slices of good quality Wagyu Beef with thinly shredded carrots, cabbage and shiitake mushroom slices and spring onion stalks topped with toasted white sesame seed served in a seasoned metal wok over holagen hotplate.
Aside from the Wagyu Beef slices served in the metal wok, the set comprises of a bowl of rice, miso soup and a small bowl of vegetable salad.
Priced: S$22.00.
