We went back to Crystal Jade for dimsum again the other day, this time round tried some of the dishes we didn't get to try last time. Pan-fried beancurd skin ($4.80/ 3 pcs) is very addictive. Pan-fried rice roll with spicy shrimp paste ($5) tastes good at first due to the yummy spicy shrimp paste that of great flavour. However, after a while, the whole thing just tastes burning chili in my mouth. It could be better if the rice roll is filled with char siew or dried shrimp.

Deep-fried yam puff with minced pork ($3.80/3pcs) is another dim sum that has great texture and flavour. It's not as greasy as other restaurant, which is great. The char siew filling inside could be slightly sweet, but well-balanced with the outer yam layer. Good one.
