I like the way the lady prepared the food, she is responsible and hygienic. She will wipe her hands after collecting money from the customers. I happened to see the way how she prepared the Tu Tu Kuehs. She did a few times of sieving process for the rice flour and then pack some of the flour nicely in the mould, cupped with the ordered fillings, covered up them with a little bit more flour, place them onto a wet cloth and then into the steamer.

What I like about her is that she will politely tell her customer that she require some time to prepare them. Even though I have to wait, I'm happy that she has inform us upfront.

She has mishandled some Tu Tu Kueh (Chipped off, not wrapped properly after heated) out of the 20 ordered but she kept them and remake some better ones for us.

Once you bite on the kueh, the flour is so soft and fine that goes very well with the coconut fillings. Unlike its competitors, what they offered isnt as fine and aromatic as Tan's. Now I have fully comprehend how it becomes so famous.

She has did a good job by separating the peanut favours away from the coconut favours in the box for customers to identify. She did inform us too on this arrangement.

Service
A polite and understanding worker. I'm impressed. I have ordered 20 Tu Tu Kueh but this uncle came in and asked for one TU TU KUEH, the lady offered the TU TU KUEH to the old uncle first and somehow apologise that she has to give him first and emphasize he is an elderly - yes with a smile!

Ambience
Most of us will ta bao its tu tu kueh, since its located at a small corner in the coffeeshop.

Price
$3 for 5 Tu Tu Kueh is the common price across the board.

Recommendation / Tips
Both favours are good. Try them out yeah!
