Din Tai Fung is popular for their chinese dim sums and other Chinese cruisines such as their outstanding noodles and rice dishes. One of their popular dish is their xiao long bao. The skin is smooth and thin, and the minced meat inside is also tender and juicy. Great to eat with ginger sliced in black vinegar. Great to eat it with hot chinese tea. Their rice and noodle dishes are equally good as well. My verdict: 7/10
