On my quest to find the best Xiao Long Bao in Singapore. I have to say Canton-i at Ion Orchard has to be it. My boyfriend too agreed that these were pretty darn good. The skin is thin and smooth, the meat is melt in your mouth tasty and filled with plenty of meaty soupy goodness inside. Pick up one of those wooden soup spoon and a pair of chopsticks. Gently lay down one of those tender, juicy dumplings so that it drapes seductively in your spoon.
