When I head to Din Tai Fung, it is a must to order their xiao long bao. Xiao Long Bao from Din Tai Fung is very famous too! (: It looks consistent for the amount of flour wrapped around the mixture of meat and xiao long baos are evenly spread to achieve the same cooked taste! Be careful the hot soup will burst out. Remember to paste with the vinegar. Every time I visit is many people queening, overall is worth to try out!
