Yam Paste with Gingo Nuts

Yam fan like me will not miss out the yam paste here at Dessert bowl. The yam paste is very smooth in texture and not too dilute and not too sweet in flavour. Generous amount of ginger nuts which is quite chewy are cooked in this dessert. I really like the fragrant coconut cream which has been added to it which give that better appearance and also that creamy sweet taste to this dessert as well. It is served really hot so do be careful but I can tell you the taste is marvellous!
