There are many different types of fried rice in Singapore. Even if they have the same name, the ingredients in the fried rice may differ quite a bit. This yang zhou fried rice, have chinese sausage in it instead of the typical char siew, some shrimp, egg and spring onion inside. Overall, the rice is not too oily and taste fairly nice.
