Yong Tau Foo is always my first choice when I want something light and watching my intake. Been eating at this stall for awhile and normally I have it with soup and I do find it nice and without MSG but today I will have them separately, the mee hoon in soup and the yong tau foo dried. They do have the dried version as those of the hakka kind besides the usual dried version of sweet and chilli sauce, also can have it with curry but need to pay another 50 cents. Varieties wise are the usual ones

Varieties wise are the usual ones you find in all yong tau foo stalls, omit the pig's intestine as they try to appeal the food to the caucasian who shops often at Tanglin Mall and they seem to enjoy it whenever I see one of them having it.
